Fixes:
1. Add new function to disable specific CPU core.
2.Sideport memory add new clock options higher than 667 MHz.
3.To solve the bug that system fails to start when using USB keyboard.
4.Power on after power fail function added.
5.To solve the problem that HT link frequency need to be decreased when using ACC core-enhancer function.
It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
